ขั้นตอนการใช้งาน TeamViewer Business License

1. การติดตั้งโปรแกรม TeamViewer

สามารถดาวน์โหลดโปรแกรมเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดที่ https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download

  • หลังจากดำเนินการติดตั้งโปรแกรม TeamViewer เสร็จแล้ว เปิดโปรแกรม TeamViewer
    ไปที่ Computer & Contacts ทำการ Sign In เข้าใช้ด้วย TeamViewer Account

     

  • เมื่อ Sign In แล้ว สถานะเปลี่ยนเป็น Online ท่านสามารถใช้งาน Remote Connection ได้

     

TeamViewer 1 License สามารถ Activate ได้ 3 devices โดยใช้ Remote ได้ครั้งละ 1 Session
เมื่อ Activate ครบ 3 devices แล้ว ท่านจะได้รับ pop-up แจ้งเตือน “Install limit reached“

2. Add Device

เมื่อ Activate License Key แล้ว ท่านสามารถ Add Device เพื่อให้สิทธิ์การใช้งาน

2.1 Sign In ที่ TeamViewer Management Console เข้าใช้ด้วย TeamViewer Admin Account
จากนั้น คลิก Edit Profile

2.2 ที่ Profile Setting เลือก License ภายใต้หัวข้อ Detected installations
คลิก Add new device

2.3 ในหน้าจอ Add Device to Account กรอกข้อมูล TeamViewer ID ของ Device ที่ต้องการ
จากนั้น คลิก Add device

3. การ Deactivate (remove) Device

ท่านสามารถแทนที่ Device ที่ใช้ทำการ Remote เนื่องจาก Device เดิมมีปัญหาใช้งานไม่ได้ หรือ “Install Limit Reached” (ติดตั้งถึงขีดจำกัด) สามารถทำการ Deactivate ได้ตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้

3.1 Sign In ที่ TeamViewer Management Console คลิก Edit Profile

3.2 ที่ Profile Setting เลือก License จะปรากฎรายชื่อจำนวน Device ที่ install และ Activate License ทั้งหมด

3.3 คลิก Deactivate device ที่ด้านล่าง ID ของ Device ที่ต้องการ Deactivate

3.4 คลิก Yes เพื่อยืนยันการ Deactivate Device

เสร็จสิ้นขั้นตอนการ Deactivate(remove) Device

4. ตรวจสอบสถานะหรือประเภทของ License

a) เปิดโปรแกรม TeamViewer ไปที่ Help > About TeamViewer

b) เปิดโปรแกรม TeamViewer ไปที่ Computer & Contacts
ทำการ Sign In ด้วย TeamViewer Account เดียวกันกับที่ใช้ Activate License Key

5. วิธีการเปลี่ยน TeamViewer Account

การเปลี่ยน TeamViewer Account สามารถทำได้ตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้

5.1 Sign In ที่ TeamViewer Management Console ด้วย TeamViewer Account เดิม
ใน TeamViewer Management Console ไปที่ แก้ไขค่าโปรไฟล์(Edit Profile)
ที่ การตั้งค่าโปรไฟล์(Profile settings) > ทั่วไป(General) ที่มุมล่างซ้าย คลิก ลบบัญชีผู้ใช้

การลบบัญชีผู้ใช้ จะเป็นการลบข้อมูลการใช้งานทั้งหมดของบัญชีนั้นๆ

5.2 ระบบจะให้ทำการ Sign In อีกครั้ง ทำการ Sign In ด้วย TeamViewer Account ใหม่ ที่ต้องการให้ใช้งาน
ใน TeamViewer Management Console ไปที่ แก้ไขค่าโปรไฟล์(Edit Profile)
ที่ ทั่วไป(General) คลิก เปลี่ยนสิทธิ์การใช้งาน

5.3 คลิก การเปิดใช้คีย์สิทธิ์ใช้งานเดิม ที่มุมซ้ายล่าง

5.4 นำ License Key กรอกที่ช่อง คีย์สิทธิ์ใช้งานเดิม เมื่อกรอกเรียบร้อยแล้วให้คลิก อัปเกรดและล็อกเอาต์

5.5 เมื่อทำการ Sign In กลับมา ที่มุมขวาบนจะแจ้ง ประเภท License ที่ลูกค้าใช้งาน
